His support team was the most up-front with costs, (other Notaries quoted us lower originally, but they made no mention of possible strata or third party fees - Dan's office gave us their fee abut also included a rough estimate of what the possible third party fees would be, which we appreciated!)

When we actually went in, he explained all the paperwork and documentation so clearly — we'd had to look up some things when others explained them poorly, and his explanations helped us feel confident that we actually understood every paper we signed and all pieces of the contracts. Recommended!
